高职教育服务意识培养的认知分析——以酒店管理专业为例

摘　　要：文章主要从服务意识内涵及培养内容这两个方面为出发点阐述了服务意识的重要性,又深入分析了目前高职学生服务意识的现状及缺失原因.通过探讨酒店管理专业学生培养服务意识的重要性,从而提出了相应的解决途径,全面分析了高职教育中酒店管理专业学生服务意识的培养认知.This paper expounds the importance of service consciousness from the two aspects of the connotation and training content of service consciousness,and deeply.analyzes the current situation of higher vocational students'service consciousness and the reasons for its lack.This paper discusses the importance of cultivating service awareness of hotel management students,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,and comprehensively analyzes the cultivation cognition of service awareness of hotel management major students in higher vocational education.
