摘　　要：目的 探讨性别、年龄和眼别对前房深度(ACD)的影响,为ACD的CT评价提供数据参考.方法 收集564例患者眼眶CT扫描的影像资料,测量ACD值,比较左右眼、不同性别及不同年龄组的ACD值差异.结果 左眼与右眼ACD值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).男性与女性(左眼、右眼)ACD值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).男性及女性(左眼、右眼)不同年龄组的ACD值总体均有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 ACD存在性别及年龄差异,CT评价ACD时应考虑性别及年龄因素的影响.Objective To investigate the effects of gender,age and eye on anterior chamber depth(ACD),and provide data reference for CT evaluation of ACD.Methods Orbital CT imaging data of 564 patients were collected.The ACD values were measured and the differences of left and right eyes,different genders and different age groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in ACD value between the left and right eyes(P>0.05).There were significant difference in ACD value(left and right eyes)between male and female(P<0.05).There were significant difference in ACD value(left and right eyes)of different age groups of male and female(P<0.05).Conclusion There are gender and age differences in the ACD.The influence of gender and age should be considered when evaluating the ACD with CT.
