摘　　要：目的 探讨韧带样型纤维瘤病(DF)的影像表现.方法 回顾性分析18例经手术病理证实的DF的临床及影像学资料.结果 18例患者共18个病灶,其中腹壁型6例,腹内型7例,腹外型5例.10例病灶呈椭圆形或圆形且边界清楚.2例病灶出现溶骨性骨质破坏.12例病灶在CT平扫呈等低密度,3例病灶呈低密度.5例病灶在T1 WI呈以等低信号为主混杂信号,T2WI呈以高信号为主混杂信号.2例病灶内见条片状T1WI及T2WI低信号影.增强扫描6例病灶呈渐进性强化,3例呈持续性强化.病灶内囊变、出血、坏死少见.结论 影像学对DF具有较高的诊断价值,DF的CT平扫表现为等低密度,MRI平扫呈混杂信号,增强呈渐进性强化.双低信号、蟹足征,有助于诊断.Objective To analyze the imaging features of desmoid type fibromatoses(DF).Methods Image data and clinical findings of 18 patients with histopathologically confirmed DF were studied retrospectively.Results Eighteen patients were acquired with 18 lesions,including 6 cases of abdominal wall,7 cases of intra-abdorminal,and 5 cases of extra abdominal.Ten cases showed round or llipsoid with well-defined margins.Two cases found osteolytic destruction.Twelve cases were iso hypo attenuatted and three cases were hypo attenuated on CT.Five cases showed complex signals on both TWI(most in iso-hypo signal)and T2 WI(most in hyper signal).Two cases showed hypo signal on Ti WI and T2 WI.After contrast administration,six leisons displayed gradual enhancement and 3 cases displayed persistent enhancement.All cases showed less hemorrhage,cystic and necrosis.Conclusion Imaging is of high diagnostic value for DF.DF demonstrated iso-hypo attenuatted on CT and complex signals on MRI with gradual enhancement after contrast administration.The double hypo intense sign and crab-feet sign are helpful for diagnosis.
