摘　　要：软硅复合填料是覆铜板常规填料的理想替代品,是数种无机矿物经熔融、水淬、烘干、研磨、分级而制成。制备方案以石英砂、方解石、高岭土、煅烧铝矾土、钾钠长石为矿物原料。软硅复合填料硬度低,透明性好,耐候性、绝缘特性好、热膨胀系数低、具有化学惰性,各项性能优于其他常规填料,是一种应用于覆铜板行业的多功能复合填充材料。Soft silicon composite fillers,an ideal substitute for conventional fillers of copper-clad plate,is made from several inorganic minerals through a process of fusion,quenching,drying,grinding and grading.The raw materials of inorganic minerals include quartz sand,calcite,kaoline,calcined bauxite and K-Na feldspar.Soft silicon composite fillers,characterized by low hardness,good transparency,weather resistance,insulativity,lower coefficient of thermal expansion and chemical inertness,is superior to other conventional fillers and can be a good multifunctional composite fillers for copper-clad plate industry.
