摘 要:目的该研究通过病理医师规范化培训中取材课程的设计及实施,探究规范化的取材学习模式,夯实规培学员的理论基础。方法先通过一个小型问卷调查了解该院病理规范化培训学员对取材课程的实际需求,再通过线上和线下相结合,理论与实践相结合的方法制定教学计划,并通过问卷调查和操作考核的方式进行教学效果的评估。结果通过问卷调查及考核表明系统学习取材课程可以有效提高住院医师标本取材的水平。结论设计和实施病理医师规范化培训的取材课程,可以打牢规培学员的理论基础,有助于实现不同知识理论背景的学员在培训过程中的同质化,是培养合格病理医师过程中易忽略却极重要的环节,但建立广泛且高效的病理取材培训模式依然需要广大病理学者更深入的探索实践。Objective The study explores the standardized learning model of sampling materials through the design and implementation of the standardized training of pathologists,and consolidates the theoretical basis for training students.Methods First,through a small questionnaire survey to understand the actual needs of the pathology standardization training trainees of our hospital for the material courses,then through the combination of online and offline,the combination of theory and practice,the teaching plan is formulated,and the questionnaire survey and operational assessment are used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The questionnaire survey and assessment show that the systematic learning and material selection courses can effectively improve the level of resident doctors'specimen selection.Conclusion The design and implementation of standardized training courses for pathologists can lay a solid theoretical foundation for training students,help realize the homogeneity of students with different knowledge and theoretical backgrounds in the training process,and it is an easy-to-ignore but extremely important step to train qualified pathologists,but the establishment of a broad and efficient pathology training model still requires more in-depth exploration and practice by pathologists.
