摘 要:跨学院专业群建设是高职适应区域产业链和跨学科跨专业发展的本质体现,也是"双高计划"高水平专业群建设的重要内容。在现有学科制度体系下,跨学院专业群建设在动力机制、组织机制、共享机制和教师考核与晋升机制上面临着较大阻碍,限制了其发展。要激发跨学院专业群建设的内外驱动力,建立专门的组织协调机构,健全资源共享机制和改革教师的身份归属与考评晋升制度,以创新高职院校旧有的组织建制方式,突破机制建设困境,为跨学院专业群发展提供保障。The construction of cross-college specialty group is the essential embodiment of higher vocational colleges to adapt to the development of regional industrial chain and interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary specialty, and it is also an important content of the construction of high-level specialty group in "double high plan". Under the existing disciplinary system, the construction of cross-college specialty group is facing great obstacles in the dynamic mechanism, organizational mechanism, sharing mechanism and teacher assessment and promotion mechanism, which limits its development. It is necessary to stimulate the internal and external driving forces of the construction of cross-college specialty group, establish a special organization and coordination mechanism, improve the resource sharing mechanism and reform the teacher’s identity and evaluation promotion system, so as to innovate the old organizational system of higher vocational colleges and break through the dilemma of mechanism construction, so as to provide guarantee for the development of cross-college specialty group.
