高校辅导员高效履行角色职责的途径探索

摘　　要：高校辅导员肩负着学生的思想指引、心理健康辅导、职业规划、创新创业指导等职责,而这些职责的履行效果对大学生成长成才有着举足轻重的作用。针对目前存在的高校辅导员工作职责界限模糊、发展路径不清晰、社会认同感弱等现状,提出充分利用正确的理论资源、通过实践培训、网络培训、专题讲座等方式强化对辅导员专业能力培养的培训力度、强调专业对口选拔培养、完善辅导员培养和发展机制等途径,提升角色职责履行的效率。College counselors shoulder the responsibilities of students'ideological guidance,mental health guidance,career planning,innovation and entrepreneurship guidance,and the performance of these responsibilities plays an important role in the growth of college students.In view of the current situation of college counselors,such as the vague job responsibilities,unclear development path and weak social identity,this paper puts forward some ways to make full use of the correct theoretical resources,strengthen the training of counselors'professional ability through practical training,network training and special lectures,emphasize the selection and training of professional counterparts,and improve the training and development mechanism of counselors to improve the efficiency of performing roles and responsibilities.
