摘　　要：本研究针对某大型兔场发生的以种兔孕后流产死亡、仔兔发病急、死亡快、死亡率高为特征的疫病,开展流行病学调查,确定此次疫情为兔肠炎型沙门氏菌病。药敏试验表明该菌对头孢噻喹、氟苯尼考敏感度高,但多重耐药严重。兔场环境样品检测结果表明该菌广泛存在于兔群与环境中,母子间的垂直传播为主要传播途径,净化兔群能够有效降低发病率。本研究为家兔沙门氏菌病的流行病学调查和防控提供了经验和参考数据。In this study,an epidemiological investigation was carried out to determine that the epidemic was salmonellosis of enteritis type in a large rabbit farm,which was characterized by abortive death of breeding rabbits after pregnancy,acute onset,rapid death and high mortality of young rabbits.The drug sensitivity test showed that cefotiaquine and fluorophenicol were highly sensitive,but the multiple drug resistance was serious.The results of environmental samples in rabbit farms showed that the bacteria existed widely in rabbit population and environment,and the vertical transmission between mother and child was the main transmission route,and the purification of rabbit population could effectively reduce the incidence of disease.This study provides experience and reference data for epidemiological investigation and prevention of salmonellosis in domestic rabbits.
