摘  要:为了提升隧道二次衬砌混凝土的性能,保证隧道的长期安全与稳定运行,采用室内试验为方法,对基准配比混凝土、单掺粉煤灰混凝土、双掺粉煤灰+矿渣粉混凝土以及复掺粉煤灰+矿渣粉+玄武岩纤维混凝土的强度、抗渗性以及干缩性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:单掺粉煤灰时的最佳掺量为30%,此时混凝土的抗渗性能表现最佳;双掺粉煤灰+矿渣粉混凝土的最佳配比为粉煤灰10%、矿渣粉20%,在此配比下混凝土的强度与基准试验组相当,而抗渗性能可以提升约1倍;复掺粉煤灰+矿渣粉+玄武岩纤维混凝土的最佳配比为:粉煤灰10%、矿渣粉20%、玄武岩纤维0.1%,此时,混凝土的强度较基准试验组提升10.9%,抗渗性较基准试验组提升68.8%;掺入改性料,可以有效减小混凝土的干缩率,减少隧洞衬砌混凝土裂缝的产生,尤其是复掺混凝土,减缩率可达29.4%。In order to improve the performance of tunnel secondary lining concrete and ensure the long-term safety and stable operation of the tunnel,the strength,impermeability and dry shrinkage performance of benchmark concrete,single mixed fly ash concrete,double mixed"fly ash+slag powder concrete"and compound mixed"fly ash+slag powder+basalt"fiber concrete were tested and studied.The results show that:when the best content of fly ash is 30%,the impermeability of concrete is the best;the best ratio of"fly ash+slag powder concrete"is 10%of fly ash and 20%of slag powder.Under this ratio,the strength of concrete is equivalent to the benchmark test group,and the impermeability can be increased by about one time;the best ratio of fly ash+slag powder+basalt fiber concrete is:10%fly ash+20%slag powder+0.1%basalt fiber concrete,at this time,the strength of the concrete is increased by 10.9%and the impermeability is increased by 68.8%compared with the benchmark test group;the dry shrinkage rate of concrete can be effectively reduced by adding modified materials,and the cracks of tunnel lining concrete can be reduced,especially the shrinkage reduction rate of compound concrete can reach to 29.4%.
