摘 要:以秀场女主播日常生活与工作实践为出发点,采用建制民族志的研究方法,探讨女主播在某种强制、同意与自觉之下的甘愿劳动,描绘出中国社交直播间里的权力关系地图。研究发现女主播采取各种变美行动,沉浸于平台或公会所编织的网红梦中无法自拔。她们发挥创意吸引粉丝打赏,直播被组织成为一场游戏竞赛,成功掩饰和转移了剥削的生产关系。尽管她们甘愿付出,也曾自我抗争,最终却也都消弭于甘愿劳动中,形成了社会资本的弱势积累。Starting from the daily life and work practice of female anchors in the show,this paper adopts the research method of organizational ethnography to explore the willingness of female anchors to work under certain compulsion,consent and consciousness,and to draw a map of power relations in Chinese social live broadcasting studios.The research finds that female anchors take various actions to become more beautiful and can not extricate themselves from the online dream woven by platforms or guilds.They use their creativity to attract fans′appreciation.Live broadcasting is organized as a game competition,successfully concealing and transferring exploitative production relations.Despite their willingness to be payed and self-struggle,they eventually are willing to work and make a weak accumulation of social capital.
