基于职业岗位分析的酒店英语课程设计

摘　　要：为了能紧跟全球经济化发展,为了能满足国际酒店对相关人才的需求,为了能培养出适应当前大经济环境下的复合型人才,为了能提升毕业生的职业能力和就业质量,使之在其行业能立于不败之地。我校旅游管理专业教研室群策群力进行了整体的教学设计改革——以工作过程导向。主要涉及旅游管理里酒店英语部分,通过对酒店企业工作流程的了解和研讨,最终设计出基于工作过程的旅游管理专业的英语课程,旨在通过对学生专业英语能力的培养和训练,为社会提供符合酒店企业所需要的复合型人才。In order to keep pace with the development of global economy and meet international hotels’demand for talents,all faculty members in School of Tourism Management spare no effort to carry out the teaching design reform based on the working process.The reform aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who can adjust to international economic circumstance,as well as to improve graduates’vocational abilities and quality of employment,which help them stay in the advantage position in hotel industry.Through the understanding and discussion of hotel working processes,this paper presents the design of Hotel English course based on working process for Tourism Management majors,which helps to cultivate and train students’,professional English skills and finally meets the hotels’demand for interdisciplinary talents.
