钙离子拮抗剂致老年人牙龈增生危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:数据分析西安交通大学医院内科门诊的高血压或其他心血管疾病患者服用的钙离子拮抗剂对诱导牙龈增生的影响。方法:经筛选后符合此次调研标准的2019年我院内科门诊的高血压或其他心血管疾病的临床资料共483份,其中服用钙离子拮抗剂(Calcium Channel Blockers,CCB)者252例,未服用CCB(对照组)186例。记录调查人员的性别、年龄、用药时间及习惯,并进行口腔检查。结果:通过对调查数据进行分析,服用CCB者,患有药物性牙龈增生比率为33.33%,未服用CCB(对照组)186例,患有药物性牙龈增生比率5.38%,CCB组显著高于对照组的患病比率;用药时间与用药方式对诱导牙龈增生有着一定的影响,其中用药时间在6个月到1年之间及1年-2年的时间段患病率最高。结论:此次调查识别出钙离子拮抗剂引起药物性牙龈增生的影响因素,对于以后钙离子拮抗剂在心血管疾病中的使用,以及在改善口腔卫生和牙龈健康方面都有着重要的作用。Objective:To analyze the effects of calcium antagonists on gingival hyperplasia induced by patients with hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases in our outpatient department.Methods:Total of 483 clinical data on hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases was screened in our hospital’s internal medicine clinics in 2019,including 252 patients taking CCB and 186 patients who never took CCB(control group).Record the investigator’s gender,age,time of medication and habits,and conduct oral examinations.Results:Through the analysis of the survey data,the drug gingival hyperplasia ratio of CCB patients was 33.33,not CCB(control group)186 cases,and the drug induced gingival hyperplasia ratio was 5.38.The CCB group was significantly higher than the control group.The prevalence rate in the group;the time and method of medication have a certain effect on the induction of drug induced gingival hyperplasia,and the prevalence rate is highest between 6 months to 1 year and 1 to 2 years.Conclusion:The investigation identified the influencing factors of calcium antagonists on drug induced gingival hyperplasia,which will play an important role in the future use of calcium antagonists in cardiovascular diseases and improve oral health and gum health.
