摘  要:目的探讨前颅底瘤周静脉损伤对信息处理速度的影响。方法82例前颅底肿瘤患者根据瘤周静脉是否损伤分为损伤组(32例)和对照组(50例),比较两组瘤周水肿体积、连线测验(TMT)、数字符号转换测验(SDMT)、STROOP色词测验(SCWT)和各向异性分数(FA)结果。结果与对照组比较,损伤组术后7 d瘤周水肿体积明显增大(P<0.01),术后7、30 d的TMT和SCWT较长、SDMT评分较高(P<0.01),术后30 d的FA值明显降低(P<0.01)。结论前颅底瘤周静脉损伤可加重瘤周水肿,影响信息处理速度和神经传导功能。Objective To investigate the effect of peritumoral vein injury in anterior cranial fossa(ACF)on information processing speed.Methods Eighty-two patients with ACF tumors were divided into injury group(n=32)and control group(n=50)based on peritumoral vein injury.Peritumoral edema,trail making test(TMT),symbol digit modalities test(SDMT),Stroop colour-word test(SCWT)and fractional anisotropy(FA)were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,peritumoral edema was larger at 7 days postoperatively(P<0.01),TMT,SCWT and SDMT scores were higher at 7 and 30 days postoperatively(P<0.01),and FA value was lower at 30 days postoperatively(P<0.01)in injury group.Conclusion Peritumoral vein injury in ACF can aggravate peritumoral edema,and affect information processing speed and nerve conduction function.
