摘　　要：乡规民约在民族地区农村道德建设中具有促进社会文明,促进家庭、邻里关系和睦,促进社会和谐及民族地区经济发展等积极作用。但调查发现,发挥乡规民约在民族地区农村道德建设中的积极作用还面临乡规民约的道德思想内容实施效果差、道德建设定位不明确等严峻挑战。应结合民族地区农村实际,将道德思想建设摆在乡规民约的重要地位,进一步完善其道德思想的内容,充分发挥乡规民约在民族地区农村道德建设中的积极作用。Rural regulations play a positive role in promoting the development of social civilization,the harmony of family,neighborhood and societies and the development of economy in ethnic-minority areas.This article finds that moral thoughts in rural regulations are poorly implemented and the direction of moral construction is not precisely identified.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to moral construction in rural regulations,to enrich the contents of moral construction based on the situations of ethnic-minority areas and to further promote the role of rural regulations in the moral construction of ethnic-minority areas.
