摘　　要：低龄老人的后职业发展既有隐性的社会学和经济学价值,又有显性的积极老龄化意义。伴随着老龄社会的深入,低龄老人后职业发展问题呈现常态化、持续化、加速化和不可逆转的特征,是国际社会需要共同面对的问题。然而,现实中对于低龄老人后职业发展的社会支持严重不足,需要从政策支持、环境支持和教育支持等方面为低龄老人后职业发展提供保障,培育积极的老龄观,使低龄老人真正实现其新的个体与社会价值。The post career development of the young elderly has both implicit sociological and economic value,and explicit positive aging significance.With the deepening of the aging society,the post career development of the young elderly is characterized by normalization,sustainability,acceleration and irreversibility,which is a problem that the international community needs to face together.However,in reality,the social support for the post career development of the young elderly is seriously insufficient.We need to provide security for the post career development of the young elderly from the aspects of policy support,environmental support and education support,and cultivate a positive concept of aging,so that the young elderly can truly realize their new values.
