摘 要:在我国高等教育分层次、分类别发展的宏观背景下,产教融合成为支撑应用型本科高校内涵式转型发展和应用型人才培养的关键途径和重要内容。受高等教育资源政府配额制、产教融合参与主体发展目标各异、应用型本科高校发展定位模糊等影响,现阶段产教融合面临集体主义和形式化合作等现实困境。推动产教融合发展,应加强统筹规划,构建“四位一体”的产教融合协同育人共同体,并强化政策导向,提升企业和行业的产教融合参与积极性,进一步创新育人手段,形成产教融合协同育人合力。In the context of the development of higher education in different levels and classifications,the integration of industry and education to support the cultivation of application-oriented talents has become the key way and important content of the transformation and development of application-oriented undergraduate universities.Influenced by the government quota system of higher education resources,the different development objectives of the participants in the integration of industry and education,and the vague development orientation of the application-oriented undergraduate universities,the integration of industry and education at this stage faces the realistic dilemma such as collectivism and formal cooperation.In order to promote the integration of industry and education,we should build a“four in one”industry education integration collaborative education community,strengthen the policy guidance,enhance the participation enthusiasm of enterprises and industries,further innovate the means of education,and form the industry education integration collaborative education force.
