摘 要:合成了Fe3O4@Pt纳米复合材料,并在此基础上采用交联法制备了Fe3O4@Pt/GCE传感器,并对油脂中抗氧化剂BHT进行定量分析。研究发现,Fe3O4@Pt具有良好的导电性,且Fe3O4能与Pt发挥良好的协同作用,显著提高电极灵敏度。用Fe3O4@Pt/GCE传感器对BHT含量进行分析,BHT浓度与其峰电流在0.5~35 μg/mL呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=0.6085X—0.068(X代表BHT浓度),R2=0.9971,检出限(S/N=3)为0.214 μg/mL,加标回收率为95.48%~103%,精密度较高,且该传感器再生良好。该方法简单、方便、快捷,可用于油脂中BHT的定量分析。Fe3O4@Pt nanocomposites was synthesized and Fe3O4@Pt/GCE sensor was prepared based on Fe3O4@Pt nanocomposites by cross-linking protocol for detecting of antioxidant BHT in oil.The study found that Fe3O4@Pt has a good conductivity and synergy between Fe3O4 and Pt,which can significantly improve the electrode sensitivity.Quantitative analysis of BHT was carried out using Fe3O4@Pt/GCE,the result showed that a good linear relationship between BHT concentration and oxidation peak current in the range of 0.5~35 μg/mL,the linear equation was Y=0.6085X—0.068 (X represents BHT concentration),R2=0.9971,the detection limit (S/N=3) was 0.214 μg/mL.The sensor could be used for detection BHT in oils and fats with recoveries of 95.48%~103%,the accuracy of the method was very high,and the regeneration of the sensor was good.The method was simple,convenient and fast,which can be used for the quantitative analysis of BHT in oils and fats.
