摘 要:目的:为高校劳动与社会保障(医疗保险)等相关专业本科人才培养目标、教学计划和课程体系等建设提供依据,以提高专业的教学质量。方法:运用文献研究、Delphi方法、专家咨询法等,采用EXCEL、SPSS21.0等进行数据录入、统计分析。分析指标:专家协调系数、专家积极系数、专家权威系数,指标重要性和可行性均值、满分率、变异系数等。结果:专家权威系数高于0.7,专家对指标把握度可接受;第2轮专家协调系数明显高于第1轮,且两轮重要性和可行性协调系数x^(2)检验p值均小于0.05,专家评价结果具有显著意义,一致性较好;劳动与社会保障(医疗保险)专业本科教学质量标准指标体系包括7个一级指标,17个二级指标和70个三级指标。结论:理论引导,有效尝试Delphi方法,构建出七个维度的劳动与社会保障(医疗保险)专业本科教学质量标准指标体系,可靠性高,具有很好的代表性,是相关院校本专业应达到的最低标准,显现专业教学质量标准基本要素和弹性发展空间。并应适应人才培养需求和特征,完善和发展专业本科教学质量标准指标体系。Objective To provide a basis for the construction of undergraduate talent cultivation system in related majors such as labor and social security(medical insurance)in universities,and improve the teaching quality.Methods Methods of literature research,Delphi method,expert consultation method were applied.And data was analyzed with expert coordination coefficient,expert positivity coefficient,expert authority coefficient,index importance and feasibility average,full score rate and coefficient of variation.Results The expert authority coefficient was higher than 0.7.The experts'power of indicators was acceptable.The expert coordination coefficient in the second round was significantly higher than that in the first round,and the p value of test of importance and feasibility coordination coefficient was less than 0.05 in two rounds.The result of expert evaluation was significant with good consistency.The undergraduate teaching quality standard indicator system of labor and social security(medical insurance)major includes 7 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 70 third-level indicators.Conclusion The seven-dimensional undergraduate teaching quality standard indicator system of labor and social security(medical insurance)major has been constructed,which is highly reliable and representative,and should be further perfected.
