摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,且越来越年轻化,在我国发病率仅次于乳腺癌。宫颈癌严重威胁着女性的正常生活和工作,对身心健康造成很大的影响。宫颈癌的早期筛查、早期防治、早诊断及早治疗是妇科和肿瘤科迫切需要解决的问题。宫颈癌的治疗不能采用单一的方法,要根据患者临床及病理分期,是否伴有高危因素等要点,选择手术、放疗、化疗、分子靶向治疗、免疫治疗、中医中药等多种治疗方法进行综合性的选择。综合治疗能达到提高疾病控制有效率,降低疾病复发率,提高患者远期生存率的目的。本文主要针对上述宫颈癌多种治疗方法的研究进展进行阐述,为宫颈癌患者的临床治疗提供理论依据。Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies in women.The incidence rate is increasing year by year,and is becoming younger and younger.Incidence rate in China is next to breast cancer.Cervical cancer is a serious threat to women’s normal life and work,and has a great impact on their physical and mental health.Early screening,early prevention,early diagnosis and early treatment of cervical cancer is an urgent problem to be solved in gynecology and oncology department.The treatment of cervical cancer can not use a single method,according to the patient’s clinical and pathological stage,whether with high-risk factors and other key points,choose surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,molecular targeted therapy,immunotherapy,traditional Chinese medicine and other treatment methods for comprehensive selection.Comprehensive treatment can improve the efficiency of disease control,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the long-term survival rate of patients.This paper mainly focuses on the research progress of various treatment methods for cervical cancer,and provides a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of cervical cancer patients.
