大凌河中下游河道生态需水量计算分析

摘　　要：文章以大凌河中下游为例,结合其生态环境问题以及水资源开发利用现状,采用河道输沙、自净、渗漏、蒸发需水量和基础流量等参数构建生态需水量计算模型。然后以水文站为断点将大凌河中下游分为5段,利用生态需水量模型依次估算各河段不同水文率年的生态需水量,并结合各参数间的关系界定了总生态需水量。研究表明:大凌河中下游95%、70%、50%、20%水文频率年的生态需水量依次为1.4239×108m3、1.8540×108m3、2.5061×108m3、4.0837×108m3,占代表年径流量比例依次为87.12%、60.04%、60.26%、56.41%,占多年平均流量比例依次为18.91%、28.25%、45.20%、72.61%;为实现大凌河水资源的合理利用和可持续管理,必须采取行之有效的调控措施,分河段分时段的整治流域生态环境问题。Taking the middle and lower reaches of Daling River as an example,combining with its ecological environment problems and the current situation of water resources development and utilization,this paper establishes a calculation model of ecological water demand based on parameters such as self-purification,seepage and evaporation water demand for sediment transport and basic flow.Then,the middle and lower reaches of the Daling River were divided into five sections with hydrological stations as breakpoints,and the ecological water demand model was used to estimate the ecological water demand of each section with different hydrological rate years,and the total ecological water demand was defined by combining the relationship between the parameters.The results show that the ecological water demand of 95%,70%,50%and 20%hydrological frequency in the middle and lower reaches of Daling River is 1.4239108m3,1.8540108m3,2.5061108m3,4.0837108m3,accounting for 87.12%,60.04%,60.26%and 56.41%of the annual runoff,and 18.91%,28.25%,45.20%and 72.61 of the annual average runoff.In order to realize the rational utilization and sustainable management of water resources in Daling River,it is necessary to take effective control measures and manage the ecological environment problems in different sections of the river.
