摘  要:利用明胶的两性,形成由阿拉伯胶、明胶、壳聚糖三种高分子物质组成的复合微胶囊囊壁。通过设置横向对比实验以及分析微胶囊制备条件,可知:阿拉伯胶-明胶-壳聚糖微胶囊囊壁表面光滑、透光率高,较传统的阿拉伯胶-明胶、明胶壳-聚糖微胶囊力学性能更好;壳聚糖浓度在1.0wt%~1.5wt%,温度为40℃,且转速为1000~1200 r/min时,对包覆粒径均匀且力学性能较好的微胶囊最为有利。最后,使用该新型囊壁,以电泳显示液为囊芯,制备在电场下能显色微胶囊。By using the bisexual properties of gelatin,the composite microcapsule wall composed of Arabic gum,gelatin and chitosan was formed.By setting the horizontal comparison experiment and analyzing the preparation conditions of the microcapsules,it can be seen that the surface of the gum arabic/gelatin/chitosan microcapsules was smooth and the light transmittance was high,which was better than traditional gum Arabic/gelatin and gelatin/chitosan microcapsules.The gum arabic/gelatin/chitosan microcapsules with uniform particle size and good mechanical properties were most favorablewhen the concentration of chitosan was 1.0wt%~1.5wt%,the temperature was 40℃,and the rotating speed was 1000~1200 r/min.Finally,the new type of microcapsule wall was used to prepare color-developing microcapsules under electric field with electrophoretic display solution as the capsule core.
