摘  要:应用Origin2020b软件对“蔗糖水解反应速率常数的测定”的数据进行双参数拟合。结果表明:双参数拟合法不仅快捷方便获得了准确的、可靠的实验结果,直观的图形,还可以有效消除人为误差,节省时间,而且可以获得更多的统计信息量,这为客观评价学生的实验结果提供了依据。解决学生数据处理与绘图难的问题,从而提升学生的数据处理与数据分析问题的能力。A double-parameter nonlinear fitting of"determination of rate constant of sucrose hydrolysis reaction"was performed by Origin2020b software.The results showed that the double parameter fitting method can not only quickly and conveniently obtain accurate and reliable experimental results,and intuitive graphics,but also effectively eliminate artificial errors,and the result obtained from Origin2020b processing method was more reliable from than that from graph manual method,and more statistical information,which can solve the problem of difficult data processing and drawing,so as to improve students ability of data processing and data analysis.
