摘 要:针对合成孔径雷达(SAR)双星成像时对相位差要求较高的现状,文中从微波传输线理论入手分析了影响功率放大器相位变化的因素,从工程力学角度入手对材料应力应变的状态进行了理论分析,利用应力分析软件进行仿真分析了功率器件管壳引线、SMA接头引线在不同温度条件下的应力及应变,利用电磁场仿真软件分析了材料应变造成的接地不连续和传输线瞬态阻抗变化对发射相位的影响,得出了传统结构形式的放大器可能存在相位抖动的固有特性,通过温度循环试验进行了验证,最后针对相位抖动现象给出了改进措施。这些措施可在星载功率放大器的设计中进行推广。With the high demand on the phase difference in dual-satellite interfering imaging of SAR, the phase change of power amplifiers becomes more important. The causes for phase flutter of power amplifier are analyzed based on the theory of microwave transmission line, the stress-strain of material is theoretically analyzed from the point view of engineering mechanics. The stress-strain of power transistor lead and SMA connector pin under the different temperatures is simulated by mechanics simulation software. The influence of grounding discontinuity and transient impedance changing of transmission line on transmitting phase caused by material stress is simulated by EM field simulation software. The result is obtained that the power amplifier(PA) with classic structure probably has the inherent characteristics of phase flutter, and it is verified by temperature cycling test. Finally several improving measures are offered for phase flutter and can be extended into the design of satellite borne PA.
