摘 要:为了进一步研究非线性材料基底对于压电能量采集器输出性能的影响,该文对以FR-4绝缘板为基底的悬臂梁式压电能量采集器的结构参数进行优化研究。在正交实验和单因素实验方案的指导下,通过仿真及实验验证得出各参数对采集器输出影响的一般规律。结果表明,基底厚度对结构固有频率影响最大,贡献率达到了91.98%。悬臂梁长L、厚S和宽H改变时,输出响应曲线呈现出非线性特性;而末端质量m与输出性能间则存在近似线性的关系。实验中,当L=80 mm,S=13 mm,H=1 mm,m=1 g时,输出功率可达37μW。通过方差分析结果表明,末端质量对输出性能的影响最大,梁宽对输出性能的影响次之,梁长对输出性能的影响最小。In order to further study the influence of nonlinear material substrate on the output performance of piezoelectric energy harvester,the structural parameters of the cantilever piezoelectric energy harvester based on FR-4 insulating plate are optimized in this paper.Under the guidance of orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment scheme,the general law of the influence of each parameter on the output of the harvester is obtained through simulation and experimental verification.The results show that the thickness of the substrate has the greatest influence on the natural frequency of the structure,with a contribution rate of 91.98%.In addition,when the length,thickness and width of the cantilever beam are changed,the output response curve exhibits nonlinear characteristics,and there is an approximately linear relationship between the tip mass and the output performance.In the experiment,when L=80 mm,S=13 mm,H=1 mm and m=1 g,the output power can reach 37μW.Through the analysis of variance,it is found that the end mass has the greatest impact on the output performance,the beam width has the second largest impact on the output performance,and the beam length has the smallest impact on the output performance.
