甲状腺全切除术在甲状腺癌临床治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究甲状腺癌患者采用甲状腺全切除术治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2016年1月至2020年1月收治的150例甲状腺癌患者的临床资料,根据不同手术方法分为对比组(n=75)和观察组(n=75),对比组采用甲状腺次全切术进行治疗,观察组采用甲状腺全切除术进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后甲状旁腺素、血清钙变化情况、生活质量、疼痛改善情况以及并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者甲状旁腺素、血清钙变化情况、生活质量、疼痛改善情况明显优于对比组,并发症发生率低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌患者进行甲状腺全切除术治疗效果明显优于甲状腺次全切术,甲状腺全切除术能有效降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,降低患者疼痛度,改善患者各项临床指标。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total thyroidectomy in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and they were divided into comparison group(n=75)and observation group(n=75)according to different surgical methods.The comparison group received subtotal thyroidectomy for treatment,while the observation group received total thyroidectomy for treatment.The changes of parathyroid hormone,serum calcium,quality of life,pain improvement and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the changes of parathyroid hormone,serum calcium,quality of life and pain improvement in observation group were significantly better than those in control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Total thyroidectomy is better than subtotal thyroidectomy for patients with thyroid cancer.Total thyroidectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patients’quality of life,reduce patients’pain,and improve the clinical indicators of patients.
