摘  要:人工心脏设备的使用已成为治疗心衰病人的重要手段。无线电能传输技术降低了患者经皮电缆感染的风险,是人工心脏更为理想的电能传输方式。采用接收线圈较小的非对称线圈传输方案,针对人工心脏无线电能传输系统的磁场特性问题和线圈偏置时传输性能问题展开研究。阐述了非对称无线电能传输系统结构原理与传输特性;基于Matlab分析互感以及负载对传输特性的影响,通过ANSYS Maxwell软件建立磁场仿真模型,并通过Maxwell探明互感值随线圈位置偏移的趋势关系;通过电磁联合仿真得出线圈位置偏移与传输效率的关系。研究表明,实验结果与仿真结果吻合,为人工心脏无线电能传输系统的设计提供参考。The use of artificial heart equipment has become an important means of treating patients with heart failure,in which wireless power transmission technology reduces the risk of patient infection through percutaneous cables and thus is a more ideal way of power transmission for artificial hearts.In the article we adopt the asymmetrical coil transmission scheme with a smaller receiving coil to study the magnetic field characteristics of the artificial heart wireless power transmission system and the transmission performance when the coil is biased;describe the structural principle and transmission characteristics of the asymmetric wireless power transmission system;analyze the influence of mutual inductance and load on transmission characteristics based on Matlab;establish a magnetic field simulation model through ANSYS Maxwell software;use Maxwell to detect the trend relationship of mutual inductance value with coil position deviation.Through electromagnetic co-simulation,the relationship between coil position deviation and transmission efficiency was obtained and a set of wireless power transmission equipment experimental platforms was constructed.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation,providing vital clues about the design of an artificial heart wireless power transmission system.
