青光眼与房水生物标志物的相关性

摘　　要：视力下降、视野缺失、乳头凹陷、乳头萎缩均属于青光眼主要表现,可见患者视神经严重供血不足,病理性的眼压水平升高症状,青光眼的发生与视神经对压力损伤的耐受性存在相关性,房水循环过程中,若是任何一个环节出现障碍,将导致眼压升高,导致病理性改变的发生,部分患者临床以正常眼压的青光眼为主要表现。由于青光眼极易导致人类失明,所以尽早诊断,尽早预测患者病症,分析青光眼的生物标志物,可以对青光眼的发病机制进行有效探索,辅助患者开展青光眼病症的诊断,本文就青光眼与房水生物标志物展开相关研究论述。Vision loss,visual field loss,nipple depression and nipple atrophy are the main manifestations of glaucoma.It can be seen that the patients have severe optic nerve insufficiency and pathological symptoms of elevated intraocular pressure.The occurrence of glaucoma is related to the tolerance of optic nerve to pressure injury.In the process of aqueous humor circulation,if any link appears obstacle,the intraocular pressure will rise,which will lead to the increase of intraocular pressure The occurrence of pathological changes,some patients with normal intraocular pressure glaucoma as the main performance.As glaucoma is very easy to lead to human blindness,so early diagnosis,early prediction of the patient's disease,analysis of the biomarkers of glaucoma can effectively explore the pathogenesis of glaucoma,and assist patients to carry out the diagnosis of glaucoma.In this paper,glaucoma and aqueous biomarkers are discussed.
