摘　　要：近年来,甲状腺癌在全球范围内呈迅猛增长的态势,其中90%以上为分化型甲状腺癌,手术是主要的治疗手段,总体预后效果较好,10年生存率达90%以上,但术后仍需长期的促甲状腺素抑制治疗,必要时行碘131治疗,以预防复发。甲状腺癌术后的规范管理要求患者定期随访复查,根据监测指标动态评估危险度分期、及时为患者调整治疗方案。动态评估与长期监测有赖于患者的有效配合,因此对患者长期的健康教育和及时的干预督导是保证疗效、预防复发的重要手段。本文通过查阅文献,对国内外甲状腺癌术后健康教育研究进展进行综述,旨在为甲状腺癌术后全面有效的宣教方案制定提供借鉴和依据,从而提高甲状腺癌患者疾病认知、治疗依从性、生活质量和生存率。In recent years,thyroid cancer has been on a rapid increase worldwide,more than 90%of which is differentiated thyroid cancer.Surgery is the main treatment method,and the overall prognosis is good,with a 10-year survival rate of more than 90%.However,long-term thyroid-stimulating therapy and iodine-131 therapy are still needed postoperatively to prevent recurrence.The standard management after thyroid cancer operation requires the patients to be followed up regularly for reexamination,dynamically assess the risk stage according to the monitoring indicators,and timely adjustthetreatment plan for the patients.Dynamic assessment and long-term monitoring depend on the effective cooperation of patients.Therefore,long-term health education and timely supervision of intervention are important meansto ensure curative effect and prevent recurrence.This paper reviewed the research progress of health education after thyroid cancer surgery at home and abroad through literature review,aiming to provide reference and basis for the formulation of comprehensive and effective education plan after thyroid cancer surgery,so as to improve the disease cognition,treatment compliance,quality of life and survival rate of patients with thyroid cancer.
