摘　　要：脾脏原发性恶性淋巴瘤是一种临床上罕见的疾病,其发病原因尚不明确。其早期无典型的临床表现,术前很难明确诊断,临床上容易漏诊及误诊。病例大多在术后病理检查才被发现。治疗主要考虑以手术为主的综合治疗,手术切除脾脏既是诊断的方法也是治疗手段。其预后与病理分型、分期及治疗密切相关。本文对目前脾脏原发性恶性淋巴瘤的诊断及治疗进行综述。The Primary Splenic Lymphoma which is uncommon,can present without clear cause.In view of vague clinical presentation at early stage,it is difficult to arrive at the diagnosis before operation,which could potentially lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.In most cases,a precise diagnosis can only be made and confirmed during histopathological examination post operation.With surgery the primary choice of comprehensive treatment plan,splenectomy is the preferred therapeutic and diagnostic tool.Factors that influence the prognosis include the type and stage of the disease and the therapy used.This view provides a summary of the current diagnostic and treatment in PSL.
