武术学科本科人才培养新构想

摘　　要：基于高校本科人才培养建设的视角,采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等方法,从当前武术学科本科入学条件、教学内容、就业领域、深造方向等方面进行现状梳理与分析。本着“不忘本来、吸收外来、面向未来”的思路,针对目前武术学科本科人才培养存在的问题提出建设构想:在教学方向上,传统武术与竞技武术“并驾齐驱”;在学科归属上,传统武术与竞技武术分属人文学院与体育学院;在招生方式上单独招生与普通招考“双管齐下”;在课程构成上,传统武术技能与中国传统文化、竞技武术技能与西方体育科学“各美其美”;在发展方向上,先分开后综合以期“百花齐放”。Based on the perspective of undergraduate talent cultivation in colleges and universities,using literature,expert interviews,logical reasoning and other methods to comb and analyze the status quo from the current Wushu undergraduate admission requirements,teaching content,employment fields,and further studies,based on“the idea of not forgetting the original,absorbing foreigners,and facing the future”puts forward a construction concept for the current problems in the training of undergraduate talents in Wushu:traditional Wushu and competitive Wushu are equally important in the direction of teaching;traditional Wushu belong to the college of humanities,and competitive Wushu belong to physical education institute;both separate enrollment and ordinary enrollment methods are available;traditional martial arts skills and traditional Chinese culture are taught together,competitive Wushu skills are taught together with Western sports science;in the direction of development,first let competitive Wushu and traditional Wushu are separated,and after training for a period of time,they will learn from each other’s strengths and make up for their weaknesses in a comprehensive way,and finally hope that a hundred flowers will bloom.
