摘  要:牵引变电所在规模、电压等级、供电网络、设备规格等方面与电力系统变电站有很大差别,其功能需求、建设模式也存在诸多不同。本文在介绍电力系统智能变电站发展历程、关键技术的基础上,结合智能牵引供电系统的科研成果,对牵引供电广域保护测控系统方案进行深入研究,给出了具体的技术方案,并结合重载铁路的实际提出了具体的应用方案。There are great differences between traction substation and substation of electric power supply system in aspects of size,voltage level,power supply network and specification of equipment,and there are also great differences in functional requirements and modes of construction.The paper,on the basis of introduction of process of development and key construction technologies of the intelligent substations of electric power supply system,with connection to the scientific research achievements of intelligent traction power supply system,studies deeply the schemes for wide area protection,measurement and control system for traction power supply,puts forward detailed technical scheme and the puts forward detailed application scheme with connection to the heavy haul railway practice.
