摘 要:胰腺癌是恶性程度极高的消化道肿瘤,是全球癌症相关性死亡的主要原因之一。由于发病机制尚不明确,早期缺乏特征性临床表现及诊断方法,且传统治疗效果欠佳,导致胰腺癌的发病率及死亡率居高不下。近年来,随着干细胞在多个领域研究的不断推进,胰腺癌干细胞(pancreatic cancer stem cells,PCSCs)在胰腺癌发生发展中的作用越来越受到重视。本文着重介绍了PCSCs的可塑性及能量代谢特点,以及在胰腺癌耐药、转移中的作用和机制,并总结了干细胞作为治疗靶点的相关进展。Pancreatic cancer is an extremely malignant digestive tract tumor and one of the leading causes of cancerrelated death in the world.The morbidity and mortality of pancreatic cancer are high due to the unclear pathogenesis,the lack of early characteristic clinical manifestations and diagnostic methods,and the poor efficacy of traditional treatments.In recent years,with the development of stem cells in many fields,the role of pancreatic cancer stem cells(PCSCs)in the development and progression of pancreatic cancer has been paid more and more attention.In this paper,we mainly introduced the plasticity and energy metabolism of PCSCs and their mechanisms in drug resistance and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.We also summarized the progress of PCSCs to be new therapeutic target.
