摘  要:本试验研究了围产期母猪饲粮补充丝氨酸(Ser)对泌乳母猪和哺乳仔猪血清生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响。选择胎次、体况相近、健康状况良好的妊娠85日龄长白×约克夏杂交母猪100头,随机分为4组,每组25头,单栏饲喂。在基础饲粮基础上,分别按照基础饲粮Ser含量的0(对照组)、25%(L⁃Ser组)、50%(M⁃Ser组)、100%(H⁃Ser组)补充Ser。其中,对照组妊娠后期母猪饲粮Ser含量为0.55%,泌乳期母猪饲粮Ser含量为0.66%;L⁃Ser组妊娠后期母猪饲粮Ser含量为0.69%,泌乳期母猪饲粮Ser含量为0.83%;M⁃Ser组妊娠后期母猪饲粮Ser含量为0.83%,泌乳期母猪饲粮Ser含量为0.99%;H⁃Ser组妊娠后期母猪饲粮Ser含量为1.10%,泌乳期母猪饲粮Ser含量为1.32%。饲养试验从母猪妊娠85日龄开始,至哺乳21 d结束。结果表明:1)M⁃Ser组泌乳母猪血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著低于其他3组(P<0.05),初乳中Ser、甘氨酸(Gly)和半胱氨酸(Cys)含量显著高于L⁃Ser组(P<0.05)。2)围产期母猪饲粮补充不同水平Ser对21日龄哺乳仔猪血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性以及TP、尿素氮(UN)和葡萄糖(GLU)含量均无显著影响(P>0.05);H⁃Ser组哺乳仔猪血清Ser含量极显著高于其他3组(P<0.01);L⁃Ser组哺乳仔猪血清Gly和Cys含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)M⁃Ser组泌乳母猪血清丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于其他3组(P<0.01);M⁃Ser组和H⁃Ser组泌乳母猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性极显著高于对照组和L⁃Ser组(P<0.01);3个Ser补充组哺乳仔猪血清MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,M⁃Ser组和L⁃Ser组哺乳仔猪空肠谷氨酸半胱氨酸连接酶修饰亚基(GCLM)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(GPx4)的mRNA相对表达量较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,围产期母猪饲粮补充适量Ser,使得妊娠后期饲粮Ser含量为0.83%、泌乳期饲粮Ser含量为0.99%时,可提高泌乳母猪的抗氧化能This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of serine(Ser)supplementation in diets for perina⁃tal sows on serum biochemical indices and antioxidant function of lactating sows and suckling piglets.One hun⁃dred crossbreds(Landrace×Yorkshire)healthy sows with similar parity and body condition at the 85th day of gestation were assigned into following 4 groups with 25 sows per group,and each of them was raised in a sin⁃gle column.Based on the basal diet,the supplementations of 0(control group),25%(L⁃Ser group),50%(M⁃Ser group)and 100%(H⁃Ser group)of basal diet Ser content were added into the basal diet.For control group,L⁃Ser group,M⁃Ser group and H⁃Ser group,the Ser content of sows’diets during late pregnant period and lactating period was 0.55%and 0.66%,0.69%and 0.83%,0.83%and 0.99%,1.10%and 1.32%,re⁃spectively.Feeding trial from the 85th day of gestation to 21 days of weaning.The results showed as follows:1)serum total protein(TP)content of lactating sows in M⁃Ser group was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).Colostrum Ser,glycine(Gly)and cysteine(Cys)contents in M⁃Ser group were signifi⁃cantly higher than those in L⁃Ser group(P<0.05).2)For 21⁃day⁃old suckling piglets,supplemented different levels of Ser in diets for perinatal sows had no significant effects on the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and the contents of urea nitrogen(UN)and glucose(GLU)in serum(P>0.05);but serum Ser content in H⁃Ser group was significantly high⁃er than that in other three groups(P<0.01),and serum Gly and Cys contents in L⁃Ser group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).3)For lactating sows,serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content in M⁃Ser group was significantly lower than that in other three groups(P<0.01),and serum glutathione perox⁃idase(GPx)activity in M⁃Ser group and H⁃Ser group was significantly higher than that in control group and L⁃Ser group(P<0.01);for 21⁃day⁃old s
