摘　　要：从普遍性、行业性和时代性三个维度定义了新时代飞机维修岗位工匠精神的内涵要义,结合岗位工作特点论述了飞机维修专业开展工匠精神培育的必要性。通过构建课程承载、实践养成、文化熏陶等三大体系,对飞机维修专业工匠精神的培育作了探索实践。The connotation of craftsman sprit in the new era is defined from universal,industrial and epochal perspectives.Centering on the job responsibilities and requirements,the importance and necessity of cultivation of craftsman spirit for the Aircraft Repair Major is discussed.A cultivation system including course,practice and culture is constructed and practiced among the Aircraft Repair Major.
