摘 要:油液中的砂在地面场站储油罐中沉积,使设备的容积减小,若不及时清除,会有部分砂进入集输流程,造成其他设备的磨损,严重时影响正常生产。因此,罐内沉积的砂需要定期清除。油罐清砂需要对罐底沉积油泥油砂表面起伏的判断和检测,为清罐喷枪提供位置反馈信号。但是传统的超声波液位计、地形雷达、雷达液位计、声呐等技术在可是探测研究中均不适用,经研究可以采用激光雷达对油罐底部沉积的泥沙厚度进行检测。The sand in the oil is deposited in the oil tank of the ground station,which reduces the volume of the equipment.If the sand is not removed in time,some sand will enter the gathering and transportation process,causing wear of other equipment,and seriously affecting normal production.Therefore,the sand deposited in the tank needs to be removed regularly.Oil tank cleaning needs to judge and detect the surface fluctuation of oil sludge deposited at the bottom of the tank,so as to provide position feedback signal for the tank cleaning lance.However,the traditional ultrasonic level gauge,terrain radar,radar level gauge,sonar and other technologies are not applicable in the detection research.Through the research,lidar can be used to detect the sediment thickness at the bottom of the oil tank.
