摘  要:对魏墙煤使用水煤浆添加剂SWF-3,并掺配12%以内的酚氨废水可用于制备水煤浆,成浆性能良好。水煤浆质量分数为60%~61%、黏度为435~536 mPa·s、pH为7.8~8.4、水煤浆24 h析水率均小于7%,水煤浆粒度分布符合气化工艺要求,推荐掺配5%~8%的酚氨废水进行制浆生产。该方法缓解了煤化工酚氨废水的处理难题,并实现了资源的有效利用。Using coal water slurry additive SWF-3 for Weiqiang coal and blending with less than 12%phenol-ammonia wastewater can be used to prepare coal water slurry with good slurry forming performance.The mass fraction of coal water slurry is 60%to 61%,the viscosity is 435 to 536 mPa·s,the pH is 7.8 to 8.4,the 24 h water separation rate of coal water slurry is less than 7%,and the particle size distribution of coal water slurry meets the gasification process requirements.It is recommended Blending 5%to 8%phenol ammonia wastewater for pulping production.The method alleviates the treatment problem of phenol-ammonia wastewater from coal chemical industry and realizes effective utilization of resources.
