摘  要:目的探讨信号转导与转录活化因子6(STAT6)和程序性死亡配体-1(PD-L1)在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采取2018年12月至2019年12月间玉溪市人民医院收治的手术治疗后诊断为非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌的166例患者乳腺癌组织为研究组,另选取40例癌旁组织标本为对照组,分析STAT6和PD-L1的表达,及在研究组不同分子分型乳腺癌中的表达。结果研究组患者STAT6和PD-L1阳性表达均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在研究组不同分子分型乳腺癌中,STAT6阳性表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PD-L1阳性表达比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其中三阴型乳腺癌PD-L1阳性表达较高。研究组患者STAT6表达与组织学分级、临床分期及腋窝淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与年龄、绝经状态和肿瘤直径无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者PD-L1表达与组织学分级和临床分期有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与年龄、绝经状态、肿瘤直径和腋窝淋巴结转移无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌细胞STAT6与PDL1表达具有正相关性(r=6.41,P<0.05)。结论STAT6的阳性表达在不同分子分型乳腺癌中无差异,与组织学分级、临床分期及腋窝淋巴结转移相关;PD-L1的阳性表达在三阴型乳腺癌中较高,与组织学分级和临床分期相关;非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌细胞STAT6与PD-L1表达呈正相关。Objective To observe the expression and clinical significance of signal transduction and transcription activator 6(STAT6)and programmed death molecule 1 ligand-1(PD-L1)in breast cancer.Methods One hundred and sixty-six cancerous tissues from patients who were diagnosed with non-special invasive breast cancer after surgical resection were selected as an experimental group and another 40 paracancerous tissues were selected as a control group at Yuxi People’s hospital from December 2018 to December 2019.The expression of STAT6 and PD-L1 in in breast cancer of different molecular types were analyzed.Results The positive expressions of STAT6 and PD-L1 were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression of STAT6 in breast cancer of different molecular types(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the positive expression of PD-L1 in breast cancers of different molecular types(all P<0.05).Among them,the positive expression of PD-L1 was higher in triple negative breast cancer.The expression of STAT6 and PD-L1 was associated with histological grade,clinical stage and axillary lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05)rather than with age,menopausal status and tumor diameter in the experimental group(P>0.05).The expression of STAT6 was associated with the expression of PD-L1 in non-special invasive breast cancer cells(P<0.05).With the increase of the expression of STAT6,the expression of PD-L1 increased.Conclusion There was no significant difference in the positive expression of STAT6 in breast cancer of different molecular types,and is associated with histological grade,clinical stage and axillary lymph node metastasis.The positive expression of PD-L1 is the highest in triple-negative breast cancer,and is associated with histological grade and clinical stage.The expression of STAT6 in special invasive breast cancer cells was positively associated with the expression of PD-L1.
