恩度联合紫杉醇和顺铂化疗对非小细胞肺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨恩度联合紫杉醇和顺铂(TP)化疗对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者高迁移率族蛋白AT-hook(HMGA2)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、细胞角蛋白21-1(CYFRA21-1)、胃泌素释放肽前体(Pro-GRP)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月间辽宁省营口市中心医院收治的80例NSCLC患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同进行分组,采用恩度、紫杉醇和顺铂治疗的40例患者纳入研究组,采用紫杉醇和顺铂治疗的40例患者纳入对照组。比较两组患者治疗后近期疗效、血清肿瘤标志物及不良反应差异。结果研究组不同时点及组间治疗后疾病控制率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程及4个疗程后,研究组血清HMGA2、HMGB1、CYFRA21-1、Pro-GRP和NSE水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且两组患者治疗期间不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恩度联合TP化疗可有效提高患者近期疗效,且可降低患者血清中HMGA2、HMGB1、CYFRA21-1、Pro-GRP和NSE的水平。Objective To explore the effects of endostar combined with chemotherapy with paclitaxel and cisplatin(TP)on serum levels of high mobility group AT-hook 2(HMGA2),high mobility group box l(HMGB1),cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1),Pro-gastrin-releasing peptide(Pro-GRP)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in NSCLC patients.Methods A total of 80 NSCLC patients diagnosed and treated at Yingkou Central Hospital were selected from January 2017 to December 2019 as study subjects.They were divided into different groups based on the therapies they received.Forty patients administered endostar combined with paclitaxel plus cisplatin were enrolled in a study group and 40 patients administered paclitaxel plus cisplatin were enrolled in a control group.The short-term efficacy,serum HMGA2,HMGB1,CYFRA21-1,pro-GRP,NSE and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The disease control rate was higher in the study group than in the control group at different time points(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 courses of treatment,the serum levels of HMGA2,HMGB1,CYFRA21-1,pro-GRP and NSE were lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Endostar combined with TP chemotherapy can effectively improve the short-term efficacy and reduce the serum levels of HMGA2,HMGB1,CYFRA21-1,pro-GRP and NSE in patients with NSCLC.
