摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌硫氧还蛋白-1(Trx-1)放免检测水平与患者临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取2017年2月至2020年6月间陕西省人民医院收治的80例前列腺癌患者作为前列腺癌组,同期选取80例前列腺炎患者作为前列腺炎组。采用放免法检测患者血清Trx-1含量,调查患者的临床病理特征并进行相关性分析。结果前列腺癌组的血清Trx-1、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)含量高于前列腺炎组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在前列腺癌组中,不同组织学分化、临床分期、淋巴结转移患者的血清Trx-1含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。直线相关分析显示,Trx-1与组织学分化、PSA、临床分期、淋巴结转移存在相关性,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,Trx-1、PSA等都为导致前列腺癌发生的独立危险因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论放免检测Trx-1水平具有快速、方便的特点,前列腺癌患者的Trx-1呈现高表达水平,与患者的临床病理特征呈现相关性。Objective To explore the association between the level of thioredoxin(Trx)-1 radioimmunoassay and clinicopathological characteristics in prostate cancer.Methods From February 2017 to June 2020,80 prostate cancer patients diagnosed and treated at Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the prostate cancer group,and another 80 patients with prostatitis were selected as the prostatitis group at the same period.The serum Trx-1 content were detected by radioimmunoassay,the clinicopathological characteristics were investigated and their association was analyzed.Results The serum Trx-1 and prostatic-specific antigen(PSA)levels were higher in the prostate cancer group than in the prostatitis group(all P<0.05).In the prostate cancer group,there were significant differences in the serum Trx-1 levels in patients of different histological differentiation,clinical stages,and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that Trx-1 were associated with histological differentiation,PSA,clinical staging and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that Trx-1 and PSA were independent risk factors for prostate cancer(all P<0.05).Conclusion Trx-1 level using radioimmunoassay is fast and convenient.The Trx-1 expression in prostate cancer patients is high,which is associated with the clinical pathological characteristics.
