摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者术后外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)与血浆D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板(PLT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的关系。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月间上海市宝山区罗店医院收治的90例非小细胞肺癌术后患者作为研究组,选取同期体检的108例健康志愿者为对照组,比较两组受试者的D-D、FIB、PLT、APTT,并探讨研究组患者CTC与上述指标的关系。结果D-D、FIB、PLT受患者性别因素影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PLT指标和年龄有一定关系,≥60岁的患者PLT水平高于<60岁的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同TNM分期上,D-D、FIB、PLT水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者CTC阳性46例,阴性44例。CTC阳性肺癌患者D-D、FIB和PLT水平均高于CTC阴性患者,APTT水平低于CTC阴性患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。D-D和PLT对CTC阳性率有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者术后CTC与D-D、FIB、PLT和APTT有明显相关性。Objective To investigate association between circulating tumor cells(CTC)in peripheral blood and coagulation indices plasma D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen(FIB),platelets(PLT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after surgery.Methods Ninety patients with NSCLC after operation were selected at Shanghai Luodian Hospital of Baoshan District from January 2014 to January 2016 as the study group.Another 108 individuals who received physical examination at the same period were enrolled in a control group.The levels of D-D,FIB,PLT and APTT were compared between the two groups and the association between CTC and these indices was analyzed.Results The levels of D-D,FIB and PLT were independent of gender(P>0.05).PLT was associated with age to some extent and to be specific,PLT level was higher in patients≥60 years than in patients<60 years(P<0.05).There was significant difference in D-D,FIB and PLT levels among patients of different staging(P<0.05).Positive CTC was discovered in 56 patients and negative CTC was discovered in 44 patients in the study group.The levels of D-D,FIB and PLT were significantly higher in patients with positive CTC than in patients with negative CTC(all P<0.05).APTT level was lower in in patients with positive CTC than in patients with negative CTC(P<0.05).D-D and PLT have an effect on CTC(P<0.05).Conclusion CTC was associated with D-D,FIB,PLT and APTT in patients with NSCLC after surgery.
