摘　　要：陈廷焯继承与创新张惠言“风骚”精神,建构艳词理论,主要成就表现在三个方面:艳词词体,根柢于《风》《骚》;艳词词史,涵泳于温、韦;艳词词品,入门之始,先辨雅俗。其艳词分类标准与鉴赏原则,在艳词发展史上具有承上启下、举足轻重的里程碑式意义。Chen Tingzhuo inherited the“fengsao”spirit from Zhang Huiyan and made some innovation in the theory of romantic Ci Poems,and his main achievement shows in three aspects:the style of romantic Ci was originated in the Book of Songs and the Chu Ci;the history of romantic Ci was enriched by the contribution of Wen Tingyun and Wei Zhuang;as for Ci criticism,the first thing is to distinguish the refined and popular tastes.His standard and principle of classification and criticism of Ci poems has a milestone position in the history of the romantic Ci poetry.
