摘 要:通过对传统双块式无砟轨道施工轨排粗调机施工法及螺杆支撑施工法中,功效低,投入大等缺点,引入了“一”字形轨排框架法的施工工艺。其基本思路是通过轨排框架与工具轨的组合,将轨排转变为类似“轨道板”的结构,然后采用竖向、横向螺杆调节器配合轨道精调小车调整工艺来进行轨排的调整,可适当提高铺设精度、减少轨排粗调机的投入,提高施工效率。In view of the shortcomings of the rail row rough adjustment machine construction method and screw support construction method in the traditional double-block ballastless track construction,such as low efficiency,large investment and so on,the"-"-shaped rail row frame method is introduced.The basic idea is to transform the rail row into a structure similar to a"track plate"through the combination of the rail row frame and the tool rail,and then use the vertical and horizontal screw adjusters to cooperate with the track fine-tuning trolley adjustment process to adjust the rail row.It can appropriately improve the laying accuracy,reduce the input of the rough track adjustment machine,and improve the construction efficiency.
