“全国青少年校园足球特色学校”校园足球现状调查研究与对策——以佛山为例

摘　　要：通过查阅文献资料及采取问卷调查等研究方法,对佛山现有的127所“全国青少年校园足球特色学校”进行调研.结果显示:中小学各学段发展还不均衡,“特色”尚不显著,经费来源单一,师资、场地、校园足球文化、校内竞赛等方面还不够规范.为更好开展校园足球活动,经调查研究分析现状及存在问题原因,提出了一些可供参考的建议:统筹规划,合理布局,凸显特色,加强师资队伍建设,扩宽经费来源渠道,探索场地共享模式,营造校园足球文化氛围,规范培训及竞赛制度,进一步完善监管机制.Using the methods of literature and field investigation,this paper will investigate the situation of 127 National Youth Campus Football Sport Schools in Foshan City.The result shows that the development in primary and secondary schools is not balanced with indistinct training characteristics and limited fund sources,and teachers,campus football culture and school competitions need to be further strengthened.Suggestion is made according to the status quoand canses:make overall planning and reasonable layout;highlight characteristics and the construction of teaching staff;broaden the sources of funds and explore the share playground model;create a football culture atmosphere;standardize the competition system and improve the supervision mechanism.
