摘 要:通过将黄铜片置于肉豆蔻酸的乙醇溶液进行反应,制得超疏水表面.扫描电子显微镜图片显示,该表面生成了微米棒状物,具有草丛状的微观形貌;红外光谱分析表明草丛状物质是由铜与肉豆蔻酸反应生成的羧酸盐组成,接触角测定结果显示,该表面与纯水、pH值为1~13的溶液及不同浓度氯化钠溶液的接触角均超过150°,超疏水表面的形成是由于草丛状形貌既增加了表面的粗糙度,又降低了表面能.该疏水表面使黄铜具有良好的抗腐蚀性能.The superhydrophobic surface was constructed on brass substrate by the reaction of tetradeconic acid and brass in the ethanol solution.Scanning electron microscopic(SEM)pictures show that the surface displays a lawn-like micro-morphology.Fourier transmitted Infrared(FT-IR)spectrum of the surface indicates that the lawn-like substance is composed of copper myristate.The contact angle of deionized water,solution with various pH values in range of 1~13 and solution of sodium chloride on the prepared surface could reach more than 150°.The surface shows excellent superhydrophobicity because the lawn-like morphology not only increased the surface roughness but also reduced the surface energy.The lawn-like superhydrophobic layer greatly enhanced anti-corrosion performances of the brass.
