摘  要:目的利用纳米活性炭示踪技术对口腔鳞癌患者颈部淋巴结示踪,比较术后颈淋巴结清扫数目及转移情况和未行示踪染色的区别,探讨纳米活性炭示踪技术对颈淋巴清扫的有效性。方法选取我院2017年3月~2018年9月期间满足入组标准的患者66例。随机分为(实验组)32例和(对照组)34例。记录两组各检获的总淋巴结数目、实验组中检获的黑染与非黑染淋巴结数目。结果两组淋巴结检获总数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组检获的黑染率与转移率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组与对照组在检获的微小淋巴结数量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米活性炭示踪技术能提高口腔鳞状细胞癌患者术后颈淋巴清扫标本中淋巴结检获数目,但不能作为判断淋巴结是否已发生转移的依据。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of nano activated carbon(NAC)in cervical lymph node dissection of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods Sixty-six patients who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into experimental group(32 cases)and control group(34 cases).The total number of lymph nodes in each group,the number of black stained and non stained lymph nodes in the experimental group were recorded.Results There was significant difference in the total number of lymph nodes between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the rate of black staining and the rate of metastasis in the experimental group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the number of microlymph nodes between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nano activated carbon tracing technology can improve the number of lymph nodes detected in cervical lymph node dissection specimens of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma,but it can not be used as the basis for judging whether lymph node metastasis has occurred.
