摘  要:目的分析铒激光处理在临床牙体修复效果的研究。方法选择健康前磨牙80颗。随机分为四组,每组20颗。A组:手机备洞后树脂充填;B组:铒激光备洞后树脂充填;C、D组分别经过铒激光备洞和不同的预处理后充填,每组取10颗观察牙体间与充填体缝隙;其余样本观察微渗漏情况。结果(1)A组较其他三组微渗漏最高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C、D组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)充填体与牙体间缝隙:A组缝隙最大,与其余三组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C、D组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铒激光备洞加激光蚀刻或酸蚀的微渗漏最小。Objective To evaluate the effect of Er:YAG laser preparation of pit and fissure caries for Constic resin filling.Methods A total of 80 premolars were randomly divided into 4 groups for different preparation before filling with Constic resin:Group A(prepared with the dental drill),Group B(prepared with Er:YAG laser),Group C(prepared with Er:YAG laser+laser etching),Group D(prepared with Er:YAG laser+acid etching).Among each group,10 teeth underwent the evaluation of edge sealing,and the rest 10 teeth underwent the observation of microleakage.Results(1)The microleakage was significantly higher in Group A(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences between Group B and C and between B and D(P<0.05).(2)There was a more obvious gap between the filler and the wall in Group A compared with the other three groups(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences between Group B and C and between B and D(P<0.05).Conclusion Er:YAG laser preparation incorporated with laser etching or acid etching could effectively enhance edge sealing and reduce the microleakage of filling body,holding promise for clinical application.
