摘  要:目的对比锤凿劈冠法,观察微创拔牙法在低位阻生智齿拔除术中的疗效。方法98例低位阻生智牙患者随机分为2组,实验组患者采用涡轮手机截冠的微创拔牙法进行拔牙治疗,对照组采用锤凿劈冠法进行拔牙,对两组患者拔牙时间、肿胀程度、并发症发生率以及术后24小时疼痛评分进行比较。结果实验组、对照组患者拔牙时间分别为12.15±1.98分钟,16.22±2.49分钟;肿胀程度分别为14.44±0.75mm,17.31±1.12mm;并发症发生率分别为8.16%,18.37%;术后24小时疼痛评分分别为4.41±1.362,5.32±2.109。几项指标组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙法在下颌低位阻生智齿拔除术中手术时间短、术后疼痛及肿胀较轻,并发症发生率低。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive extraction in the removal of mandibular low impacted wisdom molars,with the comparison of hammer chisel splitting method.Methods Ninety-eight cases of mandibular low impacted wisdom teeth were randomly assigned to two groups:patients in the experiment group were treated with minimally invasive extraction method,while patients in the control group were treated with hammer chisel splitting method.Then the duration of operation,postoperative swelling,the incidence rate of complications,and the 24-hour postoperative pain score are compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups in regard to the duration of operation(12.15±1.98 min vs.16.22±2.49 min),postoperative swelling(14.44±0.75 mm vs.17.31±1.12 mm),the incidence rate of complications(8.16%vs.18.37%),and the 24-hour postoperative pain score(4.41±1.362 vs.5.32±2.109).Conclusion Minimally invasive extraction method can shorter the operation time,reduce postoperative swelling,pain scores and incidence rate of complications.
