跨国企业国际化研发合作网络结构演化研究——基于华为PCT专利数据

摘　　要：随着万物互联的数字化时代到来,高新技术企业面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战,为促进企业技术创新,我国跨国企业国际化研发网络正不断向高阶进化。本文以华为国际化研发网络结构演化为例,利用WIPO公布的2002-2018华为申请的PCT专利数据中合作专利申请人的地理信息,应用UCINET软件构建了华为研发合作网络可视化演化路径。最后根据华为国际化研发合作网络演化的过程和作用,为我国高新技术企业通过国际化研发合作的方式提升技术创新能力、实现技术追赶提供重要的借鉴。With the advent of the digital age when all things are interconnected,the high-tech companies are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.To promote the technological innovation,Chinese multinational companies are advancing the international R&D network to the high level.Based on the evolution of Huawei’s international R&D network structure,this paper taps into the geographic information of the co-patent applicants in the PCT patent data published by WIPO for the 2002-2018 Huawei application,and constructs a visualization map of Huawei’s R&D cooperation network with UCINET application.The results show that the evolution of Huawei’s international R&D cooperation network has presented obvious stages,starting from the“core-periphery”structure centered on Shenzhen,the absolute core location,to the“core-half-edge”structure centered on Huawei and the United States.
