摘　　要：从我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式的演变出发,通过分析北京市青少年俱乐部武术散打开展现状及现行培养模式,分析其开展的优势及存在的问题,以指明北京市青少年俱乐部武术散打发展改革与创新方向。研究结果表明,影响因素主要有:政策因素、生源因素、学校因素、竞技因素和其他因素。并提出以下策略:提供政策保障、发展段位制、优化师资建设、加强教材建设、完善场地器材等。Starting from the evolution of the training mode of reserve competitive sports talents in China,this paper analyzes the status quo and current training mode of wushu sanda in youth clubs in Beijing,and analyzes its advantages and problems,so as to point out the direction of development,reform and innovation of wushu sanda in youth clubs in Beijing.The results show that the main influencing factors are policy factor,student source factor,school factor,competitive factor and other factors.And put forward the following strategies:policy guarantee,development section system,teacher construction,teaching material construction,site equipment and so on.
