摘　　要：目的探讨组织因子(TF)在胶质瘤组织中的表达,阐明其与胶质瘤组织学分级的关系和临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测经手术切除的15例低级别胶质瘤患者(WHOⅠ-Ⅱ级)、15例高级别胶质瘤患者(WHOⅢ-Ⅳ级)的肿瘤脑组织标本及8例瘤旁正常脑组织标本中TF的表达水平,分析其与胶质瘤组织学分级的相关性及临床意义。结果免疫组织化学结果显示,胶质瘤脑组织中TF表达水平(29.77±11.84)明显高于瘤旁正常脑组织(3.24±1.21)(P<0.0001),高级别组的TF表达水平(40.7±4.86)明显高于低级别组(18.84±3.30)(P<0.0001);Spearman相关分析显示,TF表达水平与胶质瘤组织学分级呈正相关(rs=0.663,P<0.0001);Logistic回归分析显示,TF阳性率与发生静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)具有相关性(95%CI:1.043-1.594,P=0.019)。结论 TF在胶质瘤组织中呈高表达,并与肿瘤组织学分级呈正相关;TF对胶质瘤患者合并VTE的风险评估有参考价值。Objective To investigate the expression of tissue factor(TF)in glioma tissue,and clarify its relationship with the histological grade of glioma and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression level of TF in tumor brain tissue specimens of 15 patients with low-grade glioma(WHO Ⅰ-Ⅱgrade)and 15 patients with high-grade glioma(WHO Ⅲ-Ⅳ)and 8 normal brain tissue specimens adjacent to the tumor,and analyzed its correlation with histological grade of glioma and its clinical significance.Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression level of TF in glioma brain tissues(29.77±11.84)was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues adjacent to the tumor(3.24±1.21)(P<0.0001),and the expression level of TF in the high-grade group(40.7±4.86)was significantly higher than the low-grade group(18.84±3.30)(P<0.0001);Spearman correlation analysis showed that TF expression level was positively correlated with histological grade of glioma(rs=0.663,P<0.0001);Logistic regression analysis showed that TF positive rate was related to the occurrence of venous thromboembolism(VTE)(95%CI:1.043-1.594,P=0.019).Conclusion TF was highly expressed in glioma tissues,and was positively correlated with tumor histological grade;TF has reference value for the risk assessment of glioma patients with VTE.
